Whether your sampling objective is site characterization, verification of remediation, comparison to legal criteria, or waste characterization, Horizon will develop an efficient sampling strategy to balance the need for information with costs of obtaining data and analyzing results. Our sampling strategies are based on site geologic and hydrogeologic conditions, variably of environmental contaminants in the media, and any knowledge of the distribution of contaminants on the site.
Horizon's field technicians and engineers perform and/or provide oversight in the implementation of the work. Our staff is experienced and proficient in ASTM standard practices for well installation, description and identification of soils, sampling (water, soil, sediment, air, and soil gas), and preserving and transporting samples.
