Robert S. Newberger, Project Manager for Environmental Compliance Services, has 27 years of experience in the environmental industry. Mr. Newberger’s expertise includes a variety of solid and hazardous waste management issues such as those involved in the preparation of hazardous waste management permit applications, delisting petitions and waste management plans. With more than eight years of experience as a senior environmental engineer at one of the country’s largest chemical companies, he provides an expertise in interpreting new and existing regulations and how they apply to industrial processes and operations. He has worked extensively with members of both state and Federal regulatory agencies on issues including regulatory compliance, permit negotiations, delisting petitions, closure/post-closure plans, solid waste management units (SWMUs) and project designs.

Mr. Newberger has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
