Mark A. Etringer, P.E., Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager, has over 20 years experience directing large scale multi-discipline projects from conception to completion. Typical projects include commercial property transactions, soil and hydrogeologic investigations at contaminated sites, regulatory compliance audits, and design and construction of remediation systems. He has provided services to industries engaged in pharmaceutical and paint manufacturing, electroplating, surface finishing, steel processing, and petroleum handling. His design and construction experience includes the following groundwater collection, treatment, and discharge systems: purge wells, interceptor trenches, pumping trains, enhance oxidation treatment, carbon adsorption treatment, biological treatment, phase separation, surface water discharge, and groundwater discharge. He has treated soils via stabilization and soil vapor extraction, dual vapor extraction, and in addition, has designed several landfill capping systems for industrial waste piles and impoundments. His organization skills have allowed him to successfully manage large multi-discipline projects to completion.
Mr. Etringer earned a Masters Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering and a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Iowa.
