Brian P. Greenwald, P.E., Senior Project Engineer, has over 18 years of experience in evaluation, testing, permitting, design, and construction of air, wastewater, ground water, and soil treatment systems. He leads project teams in execution of engineering tasks on multidisciplinary projects and serves as a project manager for environmental engineering and air permitting projects. His experience includes performance of feasibility and treatability evaluations, design and field engineering in support of construction of treatment and environmental remediation systems, and providing engineering support for other aspects of site evaluation. Mr. Greenwald has completed air quality installation permits and renewable operating permits (Title V), including representing clients in negotiating permit conditions for true minor, synthetic minor, and major PSD sources, and also during ROP applications. He has designed, constructed and activated numerous air emissions control systems, ground water extraction and treatment systems, soil treatment systems, and wastewater treatment systems, using technologies which include biofiltration, thermal oxidation, cryogenic vapor recovery, air stripping, carbon adsorption, soil vapor extraction, solidification/stabilization, slurry-phase biological treatment, in situ and intrinsic biological degradation, air sparging, and biosparging.
Mr. Greenwald has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University.
